Organization for Relief and Rehabilitation from its early days of running three cyclone projects through secret relief work during the war of liberation to its present position as the largest and most active voluntary agency in Bangladesh is well-known. CORR’s post-war project for the relief and rehabilitation of 200,000 families throughout Bangladesh is equally well-known. The purpose of this report, therefore, is not to re-explain CORR’s program goals, but to review its achievements during 1972, and to introduce, in some detail, its plans for 1973 and the subsequent years during which CORR intends to continue its work for the improvement of life in rural Bangladesh.
